1 Cup chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 Cup rum
2 1/2 Cup crushed wafers
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 Cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 Cup whatever you'd like to roll them in (chocolate sprinkles, coconut, powdered sugar, nuts ect.)
-melt chocolate, add corn syrup and rum.
-stir in wafer crumbs, sugar and nuts.
-refrigerate until firm enough to make into balls (about 1 hour)
-roll into balls, roll balls in coating
-store in fridge for 2-3 days age them, bring to room temp before serving

Sugar Cookies
preheat oven to 400
1 1/2 Cups butter (softened)2 Cups white sugar
4 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
5 Cups white flour
2 Tsp. baking powder
1 Tsp. salt
-cream together butter and sugar; add in eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy
-add in flour, baking powder and salt.
-cover and chill for 1 hour minimum.
-roll dough out on floured surface to 1/4" to 1/2". Cut out shapes with cookie cutter; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
-bake for 6-8 minutes

Chewy Coconut Cookies
preheat oven to 350
1 1/4 Cup all purpose flour1/2 Tsp. baking soda
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup white sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/3 Cup flaked coconut
-combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside
-cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add in egg and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy.
-gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture.
-drop teaspoon sized portions onto ungreased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart.
-bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Baking Pawder Biscuit
preheat oven to 450
1 Cup flower2 Tsp. baking powder
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tsp. Sugar
1/4 Cup margarine
1/3 Cup milk
-combine dry ingredients
-cut in butter
-add liquids
-roll out to 1/2" thick, cut with glass or cookie cutter
-bake for 10-12 minutes

Green Pea Soup
2 medium onions
2 1kg packages frozen green peas
4 Cups chicken broth
salt, pepper and nutmeg
-chop and saute onions in oil until tender
-cook green peas
-mix all ingredients and put threw a blender. Season to taste. Heat and serve.
